  At his peak, still fresh, bubbles not tired. Some black currant, red berries and not on the cheap fruit side. Elegant and great precise finish. The best Rose I had from 1998 by far. 96-97

  Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light salmon colour with wide fine, consistent bubbles.
  Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity aromas of red fruit of strawberry and redcurrant, citrus fruit of orange peel, autolytic notes of yeast and brioche, mineral notes of stony, maturity notes of gamey. The wine is developing.
  Palate: Dry with high acidity, the wine has medium (-) alcohol, medium (-) body with medium (+) intensity flavors of red fruit of strawberry and raspberry, citrus fruit of lemon, autolytic notes of yeast and toast. The wine has a long finish.
  Conclusion: Very good Champagne with an intense nose showing good complexity, highlighting both the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay characters, with also good development aromas, the wine is vibrant, full of energy and lively, with good crisp acidity and a concentrated palate of nice complexity and a very long finish in the end. It is ready to drink now but can maintain for another 5-7 years.

  Sehr volles Teil mit guter Säurestruktur, wenig Mousseux und schon leichten Alterungstönen. Trinkt sich geil

  Kolor pomarańczowy, w nosie lekkie nuty chlebowe, morele, figi, biała porzeczka. Usta lekko musujące, żywe, zwarte ale też ultra subtelne. Długi posmak w stronę moreli i pomarańczy. Niesamowite jak przy tej delikatności i zwiewnosci poradzilo sobie z jedzeniem. Naprawdę miło się piło.
