Somewhat maderized at this point. Used for cooking Turkey Thigh Choucroute. Worked quite well for this purpose.

Drinking well now, lovley Pinot Gris character but with good acidity taste like a much younger wine .
Absolutely lovely. It was almost Chardonnay buttery character (not buttery, just the character) with the clarity of a great Sauv Blanc.
Tasting. Subdued aromas. Peach aromas and flavors with some slight tropical fruit notes as well. Softer finish. Very good value.
