Seems to be in a good place, loosened up with the collar unbuttoned, and is decent enough in a Bordeaux minor key (plum, currant, tobacco...) But in my book this is no better than, say, a decent Chinon at a third the price. OK, I'm reminded why I rarely buy Californian wine.
