I had two bottles before and they were heavy with oxidized aromas, I left them to pair with soft cheeses. After a few months on my cellar, those wines "came back"(?) to their top form, elegant, opulent, nothing oxidized on the aromas, peach, pineapple, vanilla and spices, great wine for lobster gratin, snapper with caviar sauce or soft cheeses like Eppoises.

Light straw. Great, complex nose. Waxy, vanilla and citrus. Terrific length.
