  Last of a six-pack and this has matured quite a bit over the last year. Melon, oyster shell and oyster meat, with a bit of butter. Not really shedding any tears over this being the last bottle. Nice, but freshness hasn`t really been substituted by complexity as this has developed.

  Very easy drinking. Light pineapple, peaches and lemon. Hint of RS, no hard edges. As said, easy drinking but nothing special.

  Some pineapple and melon aromas on the nose. Medium bodied, dry, a litte tight and acidic, delivering clean typicity flavors likewise the nose and hints of minerality. A clean and pleasing young chablis. Currently a little restrained but has a promising future.

  Clear, med(-) intensity lemon color. Clean, youthful nose is more restrained than the fourchaume, showing medium(-) intensity aromas of lemon, green apple, and a more restrained mineral note. Dry palate shows medium(+) acidity, medium(-) body, and medium intensity flavors of lemon, marshmallow, and nutmeg. Medium finish is acid driven. Excellent quality. Will improve over 3-5 yrs and drink well for a while.
