  • Decanted for 20 minutes and followed over approx 2h. Golden hue. Really lovely and deep colour. Nose showing development since last bottle 2 years ago. Sea breeze, yellow flowers, ripe lemons. slate, crushed fruit stones and and small hints of wet wool. Fresher and less giving in the palate. Fine balance. Salty note towards finish. Medium acidity and lenght. Nose 92 palate 89-90. 90p.

  • Great colour and appearance. Deep golden yellow. Got me going for sure. First sip was rather tight and linear. 1+ hour decant did the wine well. Nice development showing. Quite rich. Great fruit. Ripe lemon and apples, orange peel, some crushed stones and citrus seeds and hint of nuts. Some weight on the palace was a definite plus. Good acidity. Medium plus finish. Room for further developments. Great pairing with sushi. 91 for now. Next bottle in 2 years time.

Smokey.
Flott intensitet i munn. Stram, rik og strukturert. Trenger mer tid.
    Meget god lengde.
    Riktig lekker! 90-91p

  • Jaune paille claire.

  • Duplessis Chablis (Arlequin Wine Merchant, San Francisco): Light yellow. Riper citrus aromatics than any of the wines to this point. Nice light feel with just a touch of oak, brothy flavors with bitter orange. Average acidity and falls off on the finish. I preferred both the Fourchaume and the Montee de Tonnerre to this.
