  I rarely rate a white wine this highly. This is exactly what I love in White Burgundy. This bottle started out muted, and then just kept on opening up and improving the the evening. Beautiful nose, almost honeysuckle, not overly tart... tremendous finish!

  When PnP, it displays layers of lemon, green apple, buttery and subtle oaky flavours. The flavours are more pronounced and focussed than expected.
  
  After another 30 minutes, flavours become more well integrated with minerality becomes more expressive. The palate becomes rounder and smoother. It is wonderfully elegant.

  Very fine wine. I was shocked to find it barely in its drinking window. Ideally, needs another 4 years. Delicate, refined, citrus, mineral complexity....a bit of vanillin oak still present. You cannot go by the vintage here. Very surprising...
