Slow Ox in the bottle for an hour...really nice nose of red/black fruits and minerals. On the palate is a good wine...not a great wine...mostly black fruits, a slight backbone of acid that seemed to disappear over the couple hours we drank it. Smooth, no heat - a good bottle of wine, just didn't quite captivate me.

Drank over a couple days. Floral bouquet with some sweet cheery smells mixed in. Medium bodied with typical Sonoma Pinot flavors: strawberry, currant, with a touch of earthiness. Silky tannins and a short finish. A solid Pinot, but nothing that sets it apart from the crowd.
