  Elegant looking from the moment it was poured. Superb bouquet of baked cherry pie with raspberries, blueberries, thyme and a smoky edge.
  Acidity remains relatively fresh while the tannins have softened nicely.
  On the palate, black cherry dashed with a touch of black pepper and a dry herbal finish. Plenty of length.
  After 6 years in my rack, I am happy to have finally opened this wine. Highly recommend if you can find a good vintage such as the 09 with 6-8 years of age. (although it is still a good bottle when young even if it is a little less interesting and fairly tannic)
  Drink now until 2018

  Deep red colour. Aromatic nose - toast, musk, perfume and red fruits. Similar flavours - a touch of sweet musk as well. Smooth with a medium finish. Probably at or near its peak. Nice wine.

  Deep, complex wine with spice notes. Not the best choice for such a hot day but very enjoyable none-the-less.

  Drinking very nicely. Red with slight brown edge. Red fruit on nose with a touch of sweet musk. Similar taste with a medium to long finish and a touch of earth. Very enĵoyable.

  This 2009 vintage is so much better in 2016 than it was in 2013. Tania are smooth, there is plenty of fruit, little acidity. Still decanted and let sit for an hour. Got better after an hour, really opened up. Great wine right now.
