  Two years since opening the last bottle, and it is aging quite nicely. The nose is absolutely gorgeous, with violet, rose, and cherry. The palate is also predominantly floral, echoing the violet on the nose. There's a lot of red fruit (cassis?) sweetness, but with a nice tart acidity and cranberry finish. Only minor flaw is a bit of apparent effervescence; maybe this will go away with a bit more age.
