  • Dense, full of botrytis and dried pineapple, lots of acid. Surprisingly brilliant with blueberry pie.

  • There are some wines that stop you dead in your tracks...not because they're the best you've ever had, but because there's something....indescribable. This is one of those wines. Not as intense as I would've expected for a Trock, but delicious in it's own right. Petrol, honey, herbs, orange rind...it's all there, with a crazy lightness that floats the flavors over your tongue. Great citrus lift amidst the sugar...my, my, my...just a glorious experience.
