fantastic golden colour - as the richest Burgundy. nose: vanilla with ripe mango, buttery with some tart accents. Very strong and full. taste: soft and superbly balanced; oak is not overwhelming the rest; finish surprisngly fresh, eventhough creamy with toffie flavours. very high alc. level (14.5%) not detectable on the palete. Great Chard! drunk this one to tart with smoked salmon and gruyer cheese served in salad and it was really great combination!

beautiful golden colour. nose; vanilla with fresh fruit, later ripe mango and ripe cantaloupe melon. taste: buttery, vanilla with walnuts, lemon at the back. Long sweety finish. Medium bodied, creamy with fresh accents. Greaty Chard, really something. Drunk this bottle to swordfish steaks with cinnamon-balsamic sauce and peperonata. Wine had a little bit too strong taste vs. fish but when combined with fish and sauce wasa great match.
