Motivated to drink this during the week as a sipper by the Champagne/Sushi dinner on Sunday. Ha...this wasn't even in the same stratosphere as most of what I drank on Sunday. Oh well. Wasn't too bad for sipping.
Apples and ginger ale. Nice saline yeastiness. Dry but finishes with some bitter-sweet twist. Cremant-like fresh naked bubbles and more weighty mouthfeel. Went perfectly well with spicy sichuang aperitifs. Simple but utterly enjoyable. Good value.
