Over two years since I tasted this wine. The two years helped - but this wine is ready to drink now. I also suggest filtering and decanting. There was a fair amount of sediment in the bottle and aerating and decanting really opened the wine up and removed the obvious alcohol which was noticeable upon pnp.

Orange-tinged magenta. Stawberry, oak spice, and earth nose. Medium to full bodied, cranberries, black cherries, pepper, well integrated tannins, smoke, good acid, a bit of heat, and a medium finish. Maybe a little overpriced, but very nice.
