Drank with OT and crew @ Frankies. Chambolle is my favorite region in burgundy and when I drink a solid Amoureuses on reinforces my love of this region. The nose was so floral and at the same time vibrant. The only negative about the wine was the finish-it was short and quickly disappeared. If you have some left drink up!

@ Premier Cru. Orange and brown hued with little true red. Not a lot of sediment and good clarity. Nose was nice with prune and cola overshadowing pale strawberry fruit. Nice and smooth on the palate with a bit of minerality and acidity before a medium-length finish. Tasted again 30 minutes later and the wine had started to seriously fade. Suspect that bottle wasn't in the best shape.
