Served at our Thanksgiving dinner. What a great compliment to a great meal--thanks honey! Rich and complex, with flavor profile dominated by cherry and currants, followed by hints of cola, baking spice and earth. Tannins are fully integrated. A wonderful silky mouthfeel with a nice long finsh that lingers. Time to drink up!
How my rating improved another point in only two months is testimony to how phenomenal this Pinot Noir has become. Tasting notes similar to my previous bottle in January. But the palate gloss and finish persistence of this Sojourn have become even more phenomenal.
