Pnp and drunk over 3 hours. Needed some air to get fresh. Incredible depth, very chewy texture, sour red fruit, lots of herbs and garrigue. Super lomg finish. One of the best wines from Southern France I‘ve drank so far. Will further develop over the next ten years or so but delicious right now!

Deep cassis aromas with just a wisp of something green but that doesn't detract. Dense, chewy cassis laden wine with some tannin but three hours in the decanter sees it covered with ripe fruit with a little austerity - a wine with backbone. Almost Bordeaux-like and considerably cheaper than a similar quality claret. Drink or hold. Fine.

Sweet cherry smoke on the nose into a more savoury palate with cherry, olive and bacony flavours. Very accomplished may well improve further.
