  • Still stunning, and sadly, our last bottle. Paired perfectly with foie gras and duck confit. Very mature wine. Ages extremely well. No flaws. Minimal sediment. Moderate rim variation. Dark garnet color. Soft bouquet. Low tannin and acid. Low to medium alcohol. Medium to long finish. Again, beyond peak, but very very drinkable. Still ready to drink, and, several years of bottle life left in this one.

  • Amazing. Dark garnet color. No flaws. Very mild sediment. Major rim variation. Soft bouquet of dark fruit with an old world nose. No tannin. Low alcohol. Medium finish. Beyond peak, but this is a classic aged Merlot, with plenty of bottle life left in it. Hats off to Fisher. Paired beautifully with duck confit on a butternut squash pasta. Ready to drink.
