Light fragrant nose, with some light whiteflowers, and stone dust. Taste was very mineral, with light lemon, white peach, and a touch of light woodiness/herbalness. medium body. This isnt my style, i just wanted more.... flavor from the wine, but it was obviously very well made.

A private lunch (Restaurant Epicure ***, Hotel Le Bristol, Paris): The 2005 Clos des Fees Blanc (AOC Côtes du Roussillon) was lovely last month at 7 years of age, this is wonderfully young, fragrant, floral, with very subtle and playful minerality, lemon curd, fresh, elegant, well-balanced, good length, hint of malt whisky, absolutely delicious.
