Started with a somewhat oxidative nose and thin on the palate. Took about half an hour to gain weight and the furnace notes totally vanished. Very tannic front loading and that never softened - enjoyable if you like that PS character. Slightly baked dark fruit and some Sichuan pepper tongue effects. Short finish, broad and still bruising. Solidly what it is and well marked for that.
Fom memory. Great color showing some maturity. On nose this was mostly secondary. On palate this was in that very nice place where the remaining fruit and secondary characteristics are in perfect harmony. Perfect now with a rustic dish. I would drink this (if I had anymore). Sooner than later
