On the nose aromas of sweet fruit resembling apple or peach with a touch of spice which is common for this grape varietal from Austria. In the mouth is found a medium bodied texture wine that is easy drinking. Flavours of sweet fruit that is well balanced with a solid backbone of acidity. A good summer wine.
Medium-lemon green. Medium(-) developing aromas of peach and yellow plum. Off-dry to,dry, medium(-) acidity, medium bodynand alcohol. Medium flavors of peach, lime, mango and some honey notes. Glycerine-like rich textural feel. Medium pluche length with soft spice in mellow finish. 87+.
An excellent wine. Brisk, dry and refreshing. Green apple predominates with an underlying minerality. Secondary hints of stone fruit, such as german zwetchen. A bit on the expensive side, but that's the norm for good Grüner Veltliner.
