Aromas of black cherry, earth, mineral, and pine needle. In the mouth, the wine still feel pretty youthful- dried layers of fruit, dirt, and oak- accented with vanilla. The wine still has some nice drying tannins, but they work very well- the entire wine works quite well.
Overall, a great wine considering the price I paid- it's nice to finally have some aged barbaresco at a fraction of the price that of barolo, that can compare. Gimme more

Rusty color, mature looking. still very dark hues. Super sweet nose of aged, portish red ripe fruit. Bit musty off the P&P. The nose is so inviting. the palate is still light, no body yet. liquid satin, i really really like this wine. Raisins in the middle, and a nice slightly tannic finish, red fruit, delicious on tis own, and surely lovely w food.

In such a perfect spot. All the dried roses and fresh potpourri.
