  Kajo delivers again - there are/will never be / has never been a better producer from this vineyard.
  4 years since I last had this, and still as good as back then.
  Tell - tale profile, ripe tropical fruits, honey, diesel, flower garden and warm slate.
  Palate with that perfect balance always found in Jos. wines, the perfect sweetness vs. the perfect acidity.
  A bottle of bottled sun.
  Unbeatable.

  Opened three bottles for an Asian dinner with friends.
  As always, the master of Riesling delivers.
  This is a great wine, albeit perhaps starting losing some of its fruit, entering next stage of maturity.
  Still, a marvelous Auslese.
  Nose is mature, showing lovely diesel and some wet cellar/cardboard box, rubber, tropical flowers and sweet tropical fruits is present, along with a mineral streak.
  Palate shows mature and ripe fruit, apples and candied tropical fruits, with very fine acidity and balance.
  Good length, even if perhaps the fruit is starting to fade a bit, so I would say that this is peaking now.
  Lovely sweetness and clean acidity.
  This is the shit, if you like mature Riesling with balance.
  Great with the spicy Asian curry courses.

  Lys, gyllen gul. Nydelig, rik nese av botrytis, honning, mandel og et svakt hint av gummi. Mild og bløt, søtlig frukt. Noe hult midtparti. Høy syre. Fin sødme i avslutningen. Litt svakere frukt ift. forrige flaske. 91 +

  Rik nese av aprikos, hvite blomster og petroleum. Moden, mørk, gul frukt i munnen, ispedd honning og røde epler. Medium + sødme som balanseres fint av syren. Noe kort avslutning.
