  Translucent yellow with hints of flinty, greenish, steel metal. You can almost see the minerality in the glass. Quite supple and viscous too. Principle aroma notes are of lemon, yet in the mouth, a lush, vanilla sweetness overcomes any lemon acidity. I suspect secondary, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Oddly, A puligny montrachet roundness on the finish too, which is noticeably on the long side.
  
  Most certainly a rich, complex wine worthy of endless nuanced speculation.

  Au nez: agrumes, poires, raisins secs, légèrement beurré. En bouche légère amertume qui ajoute à la longueur, fluide. Un côté salin qui se mariera à merveille aux fruits de mer.Le tout est sur la retenu, équilibré et agréable mais définitivement pas explosif.
