This has been opened and stoppered in my fridge for almost a year and a half. Somehow it's better than when I first opened it?! On initial opening it was overpoweringly raisin-y and not very complex. As it's been open it's become much earthier and deeper.
A nice wine for its price point. I have slowly enjoyed this over two months. The wine has held up well and even improved over time. I'd easily say the wine is drinking better now than when I first opened it.
A little too sweet compared to other PX's that I have tried. So much so that we mixed in some Dry Sack Sherry to tone it down. Have been drinking this over a few nights. Let's see how it develops as we slowly go through the bottle.
