  Light straw yellow in color. Nose is pretty rubber dominated with a good dose of bread/toast/yeast and just a touch of lemon and white flowers sitting underneath; with some air, some honey and caramel notes appeared as well. Lightly effervescent, with medium body and medium acidity, and flavors of white peach and lemon, and then some pear and green apple on the back end. A little viscosity with air as well. Decent finish. Nice food wiine and I'm enjoying it overall. Went well with spicy Indian food.
