Wait two years before open my second bottle to get a balanced wine with integrated tannin. That process seams to be done now, but yet the wine is missing a bit the aspect what I am looking for when drinking Shiarz: the typical spicy and abrasiveness. It is still a good wine with enough concentration and some compelxity but also a bit boring. Drink now or during the next two years.

Ok, nothing special but then again, I wasn't expecting that. Dark red, mild black fruit on the nose. Pretty one dimensional flavor with short finish.

Plum fruit, some oak. Soft tannins.

Better than last bottle and likely to improve a tad with some more bottle age.
