Drank from 500ml (which should be a more common format). While this wine needs a least another five years in the bottle, it is jam packed with potential. Classic nose with a deep rich palate. Right now it's all fruit but other tasty stuff will emerge with time.
Color: dark red Nose: ripe red & black fruits, shy Palate: tannic still but good balance, dark fruits, this Pegau is built for the long haul, an excellent Pegau that will be better in few years time when all the components come together Rating:92 now easily 94/95 with few more years
Dès la mise en bouche, on est conquis. C'est souple. Il y a de belles saveurs et une texture de cerise doublées d'un beau goût de figue. Les notes de cuir reviennent en bouche avec un peu de vanille. C'est ample, savoureux et très long.
Blindly watching The Masters (Chez S1): Love it! Decanted for about two and half hours. It just smells like the village with lots of wild herb, a great mix of bright red and dark dusty fruit with a nice barnyard funk. This wine is already drinking well; I can just imagine what another ten years will do to it.
