Nez qui pinote avec des fruits noirs, des épices, touche de sous bois. La bouche fait encore assez jeune, beau fruit, bouche puissante mais juste assez fondue, une très belle texture, belle longueur. 92-93
Dark fruit, spices on the nose and palate, still young but the powerful tannins have melted just enough, the texture is silky enough as is the length, bery nice bottle and still has some years to give.

From 375 This is finally really starting to open up Clear ruby garnet. Bright strawberry aromas with a whiff of smoke and new oak. Quite rich, mouthwatering almost candied red berries on the palate. This particular half is really singing

Quite a dark colour; this is now showing signs of real maturity, with secondary flavours coming to the fore. It is quite intense, slightly burly but with some elegance and good length. A most attractive Burgundy.

Stalks on the nose but not unattractive. Fresh and lifted, with pretty candied strawberry aromas that start in the background but with a bit of air emerge more fully. Good intensity on the palate, medium-bodied with discreet sweet fruit behind stalky tannins. Finishes fresh and bright. Overall a bit stalky but lovely pretty fruit quality and very elegant.

From 375 Clear ruby with a hint of garnet at the rim This has shed all its baby fat and seems to be entering almost a dumb phase Needs a decant and lots of air to bring out some almost roasted cherry flavors before the slightly tannic finish
