Nice, lower-alcohol cabernet that has more in common with old school Napa than most of the current output. Notes of red cherry, red berries, cola & a bit of earthiness. Slight sediment thrown on side of bottle. Drinking well now or over the next few years.
Medium bodied cab with little fruit and a bit flat. Earthy wine dominated by flavors of pencil shavings and graphite. Approachable and smooth, this wine did benefit from an hour of air, but ultimately not my preferred style.
