Iberian Tasting: Toasted, waxy and lemon aromas. Acid is prominent but lends freshness and a crisp finish without being too dominant. Surprised by how much I liked this, will have to find more!

Good cava, tasted fresh for an 07 wine; a bit more complexity than most cavas but that may not be a good thing, enjoyed the wine with paella.

Tout à fait d'accord avec les notes de Véronique Rivest, paru dans Le Droit d'Ottawa.
Beaucoup d'effervescence, un nuage de petites bulles qui, une fois dissipées, laissent poindre un nez frais de pomme et de limette.
En bouche, c'est vif (nous l'avons servi très froid), en continuité au bouquet, saveur de pomme quelque part entre la traditionnelle jaune délicieuse (Golden delicious) et les nouvelles variétés tel la Gala. Forte minéralité contribuant vraisemblablement à une salinité inhabituel déconcertante mais agréable. Mariage parfait avec des "crab cake" qui avait le bonheur d'avoir une texture granuleuse (panure et chair).
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
