  This wine has seen better days, and it isn’t a storage issue. It has butterscotch and marshmallow tones with high alcohol and doesn’t stand any chance for improvement. There is refined oak still present which is a welcomed feature, preserving balance. Drink yesterday!

  Drank along side the 2010 Ritchie. Maybe it was the temperature of the wines, but not a significant difference between the two. Still somewhat fresh with the oak starting to be a bit more present in the nose and on the palate.

  Hard to tell this is 12 years old. Still vibrant with fresh aromatics and very lively on the palate. Finished it off the next day with no degradation. Still many years left IMHO.
