Pulling this seems to be a crap shoot at times - sometimes it is a uniquely pleasing wine, sometimes it shows oddly, but it always stands out. The color alone is explosively deep for a rosé. Nothing shy or pastel about this bruiser. Definitely a watermelon dominated attack this time followed by lime and green herbs. A wine that by itself is an awkward wall-flower, but with the right food, can really stand out. 14.5% alc. With grilled chicken and shrimp salad. Recommended.

As always, clean and crisp with explosive color and flavors. I can never decide is this is watermelon or strawberry, but this time, it was strawbery, lime and herbs.. Always fun. 14.5% alc. With the Dortons and a tomato tart; quite yummy. Recommended.

Not sure when we had this, but it’s not in the cellar. Down to just 4 of these at this time.
