PEAK!! Tannins fading fast but still evident. Amazing nose, big fruit, smooth easy drinker paired very well with rib eye. Looking forward to my last bottle

This bottle has been cold cellared since release and it was my surprise of the night. It gained and gained weight until the last drop was drank over 2 hours. It was still showing tight and flaunting a good mix of teriatary flavors intermixed with Sonoma red fruit, while perfuming violets. Very ready to drink now! If you own it, don't miss it. I think well kept bottles are just on the other side of peak! DRINK, glad I did.

The first real disappointment from this winery, ever. Decanted and drank at one hour intervals after 2 hours. By hour five I had to pour out the last glass. Wine was astringent (sharp, harsh), full of tannins and no fruit. Properly cellared and no bad cork apparent, it was just one of those rare bad bottles that comes along on rare occasions.

This wine is not passed its prime, but I would drink it now. It opens up nicely. It pairs well with coffee crusted steak and chocolate, but in general is not a good food wine. There is sour dark red fruit on the nose and tongue.

Aromas of mature fruits like plumes and blackberries with leather. Tannins are melted and taste jam of plums and blackberries. Good wine
