  In 375ml. More Gevrey than Vosne at this stage with prunes, dates and cinnamon oak. The oak was very dominant. On the palate, it showed lots of energy and power. Needs plenty of time. On the bright side, the vintage ripeness is well managed.

  Un inno al detto:"Meglio 3 anni prima che 3 mesi dopo"!
  Il vino per me è pronto; ha bisogno solo di una 1/2 ora d'aria, e poi è un continuo evolversi nel bicchiere.
  Appena aperto violaceo, ma il colore muta velocemente in un bel rosso vivo.
  Il naso è cangiante per tutta la cena. Si va da frutta rossa esotica che la mia imperizia, non riesce a decifrare, fino alla pelle da poltrona vecchia di una vecchia biblioteca.
  In bocca è potente, l'alcool si sente come si sente la frutta. E' grasso, quasi opulento. Ma è di un'eleganza notevole che chiama sempre ad un altro sorso. Non ho mai bevuto un La Tache ma 100 euro sono corrette per un vino così; 1.500 euro mi sarei arrabbiato.
  Finisce corto.
  
  Buono, anzi buonissimo. Non credo che ad aspettarlo per molti anni ancora possa aggiungere altro, se non per palati molto sopraffini. Apritelo ora e non sbaglierete, come non sbaglierete ad aprirlo tra 2 o 3 anni. Non credo però che possa avere una vita lunghissima.

  Burg bin end gathering. Discrete nose, complex red fruit, some earth and bakery, sweet spices. The tannins are polished, oak well integrated, freshness also there. A very good Burg but felt closed and young. Wait till 2022.

  Dark red in color, very fragrant nose of ginger flower/ginger candy, dark red fruit. Palate that is ripe, very dense that will need a lot of time to strut its stuff. Ripe dark berries in the finish, drank from 375ml but very far from ready.

  MASTER BORGOGNA AIS; 10/15/2013-6/28/2014 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): 80% legno nuovo. 100% diraspato
  È un giovane la Tache, da una parcella che faceva parte di quella vigna.
  A tratti ricorda lo strabiliante Charmes Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2009 di Roty.
  Naso purissimo, romantico. Frutto rosso turgido, fiori e spezie, coperti da un velo di glassa dolce.
  In bocca è buonissimo, muscolare e dinamico, un prato di fiori. Il ritratto di un produttore che sa usare il legno nuovo. Ancora un pó tannico... da aspettare!! Tra 5 anni darà del filo da torcere a La Tache!!
