  dunkle Farbe, keinerlei Reifeanzeichen. Würzige Syrahnase, etwas Barrique, auch im Duft noch ohne jede Reife. Am Gaumen voll, kühle Struktur, beim ersten Schluck fällt die markante Säure auf, an die man sich aber schnell gewöhnt, griffig und lang. Ist wirklich noch zu jung, mindestens noch 3 Jahre warten. 92+

  In the beginning the bouquet is dominated by vanilla and some new wood, but the underlying fruit and extract quickly takes over. Blueberries and some peppermint emerge from this great expression of syrah on granite. Put it away for 3-5 years and than enjoy this for a decade or more.
