Needed 30 minutes of air. Delicious peach and apple fragrances, firm acidity, a hint of residual sweetness; decent length. A very nice wine, it is a bit too expensive: at this price point I expected more structure and complexity.

Nice wine. At first, it did come across as a bit hot, but it did seem to flesh out over time. Nicely acidic, and certainly served well as a food wine. At $35, not sure how pleased I am with the QPR. Fun to try something from a new vineyard site though.

A tasting at Schloss Reinhartshausen (Vinothek): Lovely fruit, nice definition, lovely ripeness but lacks a bit of structure.
