  Simple, as in "simply delicious". Quite a difference in bottles this one to the one I had 6 months ago.
  
  This is still not the most complex pinot in the world, but this bottle was hitting on all cylinders re: pleasurable drinking. Good fruit, without the "muddiness" I found in the prior bottle. I wonder if perhaps bottle variation, or serving variation - I served this one straight from the cellar, relatively cool. I don't think this has legs to go much further - drink soon.
