  • - Brick color with medium forming legs and aromas of black pepper, blackberry, black currant, oak and dusty. It's balanced and has flavours of chocolate, blackberry, black currant and black pepper with a full body. Narrow texture with a long finish - Decanted 3 hours. Some spice box nose. Still very young, full of fruit and spice.

  • This is nice, modern, "New World" style of Ribera del Duero. This Tempranillo has a deep ruby red to purple color and a nose of dark fruit, cherries, florals, and oak. This wine tastes of blackberries, blueberries, licorice, and vanilla. It is medium to full bodied and balanced with plenty of fruit, good acidity, alcohol (14.5% ABV), and soft integrated tannins. Moderate length finish.
[100% Tempranillo, harvested from the (2800 ft. Elevation). Fermented for 10-14 days in stainless steel tanks and aged in French Oak barrels for 16 months and additional 16 months of bottle aging.]

  • Great taste, mushroms, chocolate, raisins, almost smell of portwine. Drank to spicy chicken, tacotaste. Great fit but even better to the parmesan cheese sticks before dinner. Needs breathing before serving.
