Mature nose, almonds, caramel, honey, coconut, dried hay. Bitter almond, parmigiano, unsweetened coconut. This is slightly salty and bitter on the finish and the acidity is lacking. The flavors are interesting. Drink soon. This is hard to pair, tried with many different cheeses and other charcuterie. Nothing was harmonious. Drink now.

Brilliant golden saxophone colour; Nose initially cheesy; grated parmesiano and coconut meat. Hints of lavender and starfruit come on... Medium bodied, distinctive maraschino cherry finish; some lanolin; a tad hot, and slightly oxidized, yet not in a negative sense, but rather adds to this wine's complexity.
