Served blind Kerosene, earthy, lime citrus...tangy, juicy tends to medium plus intensity acidity, it's a little more lime focussed on the palate, less kerosene, simple. Australian Riesling...possibly WA, defo mid 00's...2004 Leeuwin?

After 17 years, can’t really say this has evolved much. Still light colour Still minerally/slate nose Maybe a little less fruit
Have been drinking through the Rieslings I bought in 2005 and there really is limited development over 17 years. See similar in a lot of Shiraz but a 2001 RWT last week proved, not all.

Green flecked golden colour. Nose of lime, pear and bath salts suggest this may be a touch exotic? Pear and passion fruit added to the mix on the palate, all held in line by a steely spine of acidity. Drinking beautifully. No petrol as yet and when it comes will become a very rich Riesling. If that’s your preference keep under screw cap to 2025 plus. Day 2 and pine needle sap with bare traces of petrol. Needs food and will handle spice and heat well.

Bracing acidity and turning a golden colour. Some secondaries on nose of keto etc, but plenty of lime and citrus still. Almost too austere.

Excellent. At or near it’s peak. Steely acidity, citrus tones but with secondary age showing. Great value for money.
