  A deliciously mature Pinot Noir, at peak !!
  Consumed over two days. A perfect cork after over a decade in the bottle, easily removed. On the first day, I was aware of a eucalyptus aroma, but on the second day it was no longer detectable, replaced with a perfectly balanced mature wine that was integrated with softened acids. Aromas of red raspberry and forest floor. Flavors of blackberries and sweet dried cranberries. The finish is long and memorable. I still have one more bottle of this vintage remaining in my cellar and will consume it soon to validate this tasting note. This wine is balanced and at its peak.

  Wow at 13 years this is fabulous. Melancholy and totally resolved, this wine is pure Pinot Noir. It has such good balance between the acidity and the fruit. The fruit emerges with background notes of iron, charcoal, and some underbrush that the flavors go on for nearly a minute.
  
  The mid palette, finish and lingering flavors all quite enjoyable. This is ready right now !

  - Ruby color and aromas of vanilla, cherry, phenolic and licorice anise. It's balanced and has flavours of raspberry, cherry, black pepper and vanilla with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Decanted two hours. Good fruit still showing through. Medicinal cherry, some spice box on the nose.
