  Deep gold.
  Some waxy chestnut nose, bruised pear
  Nice viscosity, but really losing acidity and unfortunately losing its charm.
  Drink up or save for educational purposes.
  
  With an hour of air, the nose picks up considerably, but still flat on the palate.

  Nice yellow gold in color with a nose of peach and melon. Mid palate had enough acidity mixed with the fruit to give it a fairly complex presentation while maintaining a good balance. It had a medium finish. I have to increase my rating to a 91. I have several more bottles and look forward to trying them.
