  • Wonderful aromatics with layers of ripe red cherries, floral, and spice notes which evolve wonderfully on the palate and long finish. Simply lovely!

  • A very nice elegant PN that blends the best of CA with the more classic flavors of Burgundy. Showing range, class and stunning fruit purity. CT says I have one more. I'm hopeful, but doubtful. PnP at Tilia tonight for the extended family. Only knock, I paid a hefty $75 for this a few years back so the current vintage is likely even more. Would love to be buying this producer for a more realistic $50ish to $65 tops. Like RHYs a few years back, at the current release prices, I'm off the bandwagon. I'll buy and drink selective Bourgogne and village level burgs instead.

  • Subtle, Soft, cherry and slightly acidic red fruit mouth. I like this wine but it defies description. I imagine sitting down to a lunch of cheese and cured meats in a small village in he Cote d' Or and this would be their non descript house wine. Nice and enjoyable with a meal and good friends.

  • a stunning bottle. deep ruby with cherries, spice, and smoke. fantastic structure to frame the fruit and spice with a velvety mouthfeel and wonderful balance of richness and aromaticity. this is one of the best littorai PNs i have ever had. this has years ahead of it but was wonderful following a 60 min slow-ox.

  • So sad!! I should have know better. This was waaay too early to open this bottle. There was only the promise of how great this wine was going to be, even after an hour of decanting, the wine was almost completely closed off. This wine will no doubt be amazing in 3-4 years, but right now, there is just not much to it. Can you say infanticide?
