We I had this after dinner on 3/6/14. It had a deep, rich, fragrant bouquet of biscuit, lemon, lime, apple, spice and nut aromas. The palate was rich, creamy and complex with flavors of lime, tangerine, apple and spice.

This was the last of my 10 bottles. May have lost some bouquet on the nose but certainly not the palate. In fact, this bottle showed more yeast and brioche and weight than priors. Tangy lemon curd, tangerine, melon, apple, and it is extra dry in name only, as there's a ton of sweetness here. Very, very easy to drink and probably my all time value of any wine, still or otherwise.

This is my 6th bottle of this and every one seems to gain ground. Nothing revolutionary, just a really all-around pleasant and balanced sparkler for $10. I prefer this to several $30 French and Cali wines that I've had recently. Call me a cheap date, but the mrs and me will take this anytime. See priors for specifics, but I'm pushing this up another point or two. 4+8+19+8 = 88

Delicious and quite refined... better than 99% of the proseccos out there and most Cava. Enjoy it, and at this price I will buy a lot more

very good - don't expect any bready yeastiness, but do plan on some more fruit (lemon seeds) than you would expect from a sparkler of the same price
