  • Out of the bottle, much paler than expected. Ripping acid and lemon - kind of unexpected. With oxygen, developed the classic hay / grass and cheesy notes you expect out of Dauvissat and / or Raveneau. Really fantastic in hours 2-3. Great bottle.

  • Pale yellow youthful color. Minerally and lean on first pour, with slightly under ripe yellow fruit, lemon, green pineapple. With air it becomes just a touch fuller, subtle honey over the yellow green notes. Stays very linear and focused. There is a deft touch of oak noticeable towards the finish, just a frame for the wine without taking over. Really well done and very enjoyable.
