  The oldest wine I’ve ever drunk. A half.Slow oxygenated for 6 hours. Smelt rather oxidised in the bottle but a bit better in the glass. Oxidative nose with just a hint of fruit. Better flavour, oxidative for sure but nice freshening acidity. Dry but clearly a Riesling. Remarkable that this is still drinkable. Memorable experience.
