  Mellow and delicious! Floral and anise nose. Fresh, light fruit on the palette. Mild tannins on finish that only leave a faint dryness on the tongue

  Cork fell apart when opening. Lacks the smooth finish some/most Brunellos possess.

  Hmmm ... wasn't expecting too much, opened it up for brick oven pizza night, gave it two hours air, and it was really drinking well above expectations. Nice rich cherry fruits, smooth resolved tannins, well balanced, plenty of structure - if I had another one (I don't), I wouldn't feel rushed to open it.

  Moderate color for Brunello. Didn't open up until 90 minutes or so after the decant. Earth and leather nose with dry cherry flavors.
