Nose is a mix of apples and a touch of yogurt. Palate is interesting, with loads of white flowers, with a distinct lactic component and plenty of acid on the finish. It is either in a bit of a dumb phase, or it has evolved in such a way that it's lost any of its initial characteristics. Either way, it's good now and I have no I idea where it's going in the future...

Pale straw colour from a 375ml. Nose of lemon, toasted bread, and a hint of chenin sweetness. Initially on the palate, somewhat tropical, atypical of a chablis? On its components, medium body, good fruit and intensity. Somehow on the whole, it appeared underwhelming at times and overly soft, again not what one would tend to associate with a chablis. With airing and particularly food, this wine came into its own. The fruits took on a more citrus spectrum, the structure and the mineraliity took hold, and the acidity kicked in towards the finish, particularly palate smacking cleansing. This wine grew on me!

Decent wine, good minerality, lemon, pear, but tending a bit ripe with tropical fruit and some malo.
