  I was expecting an opulent, plush, oily type New World Chardonnay, but it's more like a Chablis - light straw colour, with lemony, grassy aromas, a touch of coconut, leading to a creamy, buttery, sexy flavour profile, with apples, pears and just the right balance between viscosity and acidity on the finish. Lovely.
